Description

With a length of 178 cm, this grand piano is an excellent instrument for professionals and individuals alike.
Designed by Steinway & Sons, a Boston soundboard is crafted from only the finest Sitka spruce top featuring regular grain and a pre-set minimum number of annual growth rings per centimeter. Based on the 1936 Steinway & Sons design, the Boston soundboard does not have a uniform thickness but tapers towards the ends. It can thus vibrate freely and give a fuller sound.

In order to allow an efficient comparison, the notes are assigned according to each type of instrument: portable digital piano, furniture digital piano, acoustic upright piano and acoustic grand piano. You will thus find an estimate of the qualities of each piano compared to instruments of the same category.
